I tried to exchange a jacket and it turned into way more of a headache than it needed to be. I kept messaging them, waiting forever for replies, and every time someone finally got back to me, the instructions seemed to change. It felt like they were constantly moving the goalposts, and by the time I got a clear answer, the exchange window was basically about to close. Really frustrating experience, and I don’t see myself ordering from them again.

I had to return a dress I bought from wconcept.com, and it went better than I thought it would. The return label did take a bit to show up, which was kind of annoying, but once they got the package, the refund came through. So yeah, not perfect, but easy overall.....

I was fully prepared to sit around waiting forever because that’s usually how these things go, right? But nope, it showed up quickly, which was a nice surprise. Credit where it’s due, thanks for not making shipping a whole ordeal...

I really wanted to like W Concept, but the prices just feel hard to justify. I ordered a sweater that looked super cute online, and when it arrived it was fine, but nothing special.
